Judge Gerald Biggleswade is a minor character from the film Paddington 2. He was portrayed by Tom Conti.

The judge at the barbershop.
Judge Biggleswade held a deep hatred for Paddington ever since the bear ruined his hair at Giuseppe's Barbershop. As the presiding judge on Paddington's case, he managed to add 'grievous barberly harm' to frame Paddington.
Judge Biggleswade is seen again when he and his wife are in the dining car of the passenger train during the climatic train chase. He also saw Paddington, who broke out of prison and is now in the back of the Kozlova train waving hello to Biggleswade, who dropped his face into a cake after seeing the bear.
In the credits, Biggleswade sentences Phoenix Buchanan to 10 years in prison for robbing Gruber’s Antiques, vandalism, and attempted murder on Paddington (which assumes that he no longer hates him as he pardons him), stating that he proved himself to be a "heinous criminal and a disgrace to the noble profession of acting", and suggest he should use his time behind bars wisely.
