Miss Kitts is the woman who owns the newsstand in Windsor Gardens. She has a pet parrot named Feathers.

History[]
Miss Kitts first appears in Paddington 2. She is introduced as a woman unlucky in love - she has just had an unsuccessful date.
As Colonel Lancaster looks out his windows after Paddington has cleaned them, he catches Miss Kitts' eye. She gestures at him to come downstairs.
Later in the film, she and the Colonel are talking at the newsstand when Mary comes by to drop off copies of The Portobello Express. She is secretly selling them, against Mr Curry's self-appointed authority.
Miss Kitts and the Colonel both attend Paddington's trial. They also appear together at the end of the film.
Personality[]
Miss Kitts is positive, friendly and supportive.
She is in a relationship with Colonel Lancaster. Although they likely had interacted before, they meet properly after Paddington cleans the Colonel's windows. They can be seen holding hands at the end of the film.
Appearance[]
Miss Kitts works outside, so she often wears warm jumpers and scarves. She often has her pet parrot Feathers on her shoulder.
