Plot[]

The episode starts with Paddington and Mr. Gruber on an overloaded bus, going on a mystery tour. The bus then arrives at their destination. After Paddington and Mr. Gruber get off, Mr. Gruber suggests to Paddington to look for a souvenir while he gets their tickets. Paddington thinks it's a good idea and deicdes to get a postcard to send to his Aunt Lucy. Paddington goes to a store and asks a saleslady for two postcards, but the lady did move or say anything. Paddington gets worried about the lady since she was standing very still and she gives him his hard stare look. When Mr. Gruber walks up to him staring at the saleslady, he tells him to not worry and she's really a dummy. He explains to him that the lady is made of wax. The place they're visiting is a waxworks museum. When they go into the museum, Paddington sees another wax dummy. But when Paddington kicks it, it moves, reveling it to be a real person this time, which is the museum guard. So Paddington runs off to catch up to Mr. Gruber. After Paddington runs off after kicking the guard, he notices the wax dummy of the saleslady and finds its earrings fell off its ears. A curator named Tom Waverly then arrives at the store and the guard shows him the saleslady dummy's earrings both chewed. Tom looks at the saleslady dummy's ears and notices they've suddenly been chewed as well. Tom then revels several of the other wax dummies have been chewed as well and states that whoever is responsible for it is getting more daring, doing it right up their noses.

During a tour, Paddington, Mr. Gruber, a tour guide and several other people are in a medieval display. There, they see wax statues of knights, damsels in distress and dragons. The guide sees Paddington eating a marmalade sandwich and mistakes him for one of the wax statues. Mr. Gruber then calls to Paddington to get him to come along. When Paddington sees a wax statue of a knight riding a horse, it suddenly moves. All of a sudden, the knight falls off the horse and crashes down onto the floor. Paddington then quickly makes a run for it and the guard sees the fallen knight and starts to give chase. As the guard runs after Paddington, the knight's helmet is seen moving by itself. Paddington goes into an exhibit called, the Chamber of Horrors. He finds and takes a lantern from another wax dummy and carries it with him. Paddington then stops by a wax dummy of a creature, and it melts a little bit due to the heat from the lantern. Paddington then puts the lantern down and uses a hood from one of the wax dummies to hide himself as the guard walks past by searching for him. After the guard walks off, Paddington takes the hood off and hurries to find Mr. Gruber.

Meanwhile, Tom the curator puts the knight back on the horse as Mr. Gruber tells him that Paddington is usually more careful. As Tom picks up the knight's helmet, Paddington's marmalade sandwich falls out of it and onto the floor. Tom explains to Mr. Gruber that they've had a number of these accidents of displays toppled and some of the wax dummies chewed. Mr. Gruber states that Paddington would never eat wax, and Tom asks him where he is. While the guard keeps looking for Paddington, Paddington hides himself by blending in with a display of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. When the guard was gone, Paddington puts his clothes back on and continues to search for Mr. Gruber.

Paddington then goes into a room with wax dummies of a queen and soldiers. Suddenly, the soldiers fall down like domino's and the queen falls down right onto Paddington. Tom then arrives in the room and finds the soldiers and queen fallen down onto the floor. He then finds Paddington when he lifts up the queen. Paddington tells Tom the queen is very good and Tom thanks him for saying it. Tom then introduces himself to Paddington, and tells him he'd been working at the museum for twenty years. Paddington introduces himself to Tom as well, and tells him that he's been visiting the museum for about twenty minutes. Tom then realizes that Paddington couldn't be the one who has been knocking down the displays and chewing up the wax dummies for the past few weeks. Paddington tells him he's not, be he thinks there's a ghost lose in the museum, which makes a strange chattering sound. Mr. Gruber and the museum guard then arrive in the room and the guard thinks Paddington's the culprit, but Tom tells him that he's innocent. Since he's been spending twenty years making faces, so he should recognize an honest face when he sees one. Just when the guard asks Tom who is responsible, they suddenly hear a chattering sound. They then suddenly see a glove moving fast on the floor. Paddington then has an idea and takes out a marmalade sandwich out of his hat and stops the moving glove and a squirrel comes out of it and starts munching on the sandwich. Tom then realizes that the squirrel is the one who was chewing on wax dummies and knocking over the displays. The tour guide then comes in carrying the melted wax dummy of a creature from the Chamber of Horrors. Paddington apologizes for it and explains he caused it to happen. When Tom looks at the creature wax dummy a little melted, he finds it brilliant, as it now looks more scarier then it used to be. Tom tells Paddington he made a grand addition to the Chamber of Horrors and decides to find a way to repay him.

So a new wax dummy of Paddington holding the squirrel was made and Mr. Gruber is impressed. He tells Paddington that it's not everyday that he gets to solve a real mystery on a mystery tour, and Paddington adds that it isn't everyday you can see yourself doing it.
