Robert "Bob" Whitlock Alley has been an illustrator of the Paddington books since the 1990s.

Biography[]
He has illustrated all the original Paddington books authored by Michael Bond since 1998.[2]
Notably, he also illustrated Paddington at St Paul's, the final book written by Michael Bond and published posthumously to mark the one year anniversary of Bond's death and the sixtieth anniversary of A Bear Called Paddington.
He has illustrated and written many books unrelated to Paddington.
